We’ve been busy traveling over the past couple of weekends and have had fun spending time with our families. Our summer travels continue and the last few weekends have included one trip back up to Grafton and two trips to the lake. It was great to see the pictures from your weekend at the lake! The kids have all grown up so since I saw them last at Lauren’s 1st birthday. Looks like you had a wonderful time even without the nice warm temperatures. Glad the fish were accommodating allowing for some great pics and fish stories. We celebrated Annie’s first birthday a couple weeks ago and had a great time in Fargo with family. It is so fun to watch Lauren and Anne together- they entertained us all with the Busy Ball Popper (which I would highly recommend for a child’s birthday present) and enjoyed playing with Anne’s new Dora kitchen. May has been a kind of a slow month for us- we’re just enjoying the nice weather, going out on our rollerblades, getting the yard cleaned up… basically just relaxing before the craziness of summer begins! What a wonderful holiday season we had with our families! We spent Christmas in Grafton and it was great to see my brothers, mom and dad, and lots of extended family. Wow, I just realized we haven’t posted in a month! The last few weeks have been busy, starting with Josh and I traveling to Boulder, CO, for a family friend’s wedding. It was a chilly day cutting the tree, but loved having you with us! It’s just such a treat to have all of you home together. Those little girls bring a bundle of joy with them every time:) And it is such fun to watch them interact — lots of loving hugs, kisses and smiles to share. Loved the videos! She is so cute reading to herself. I have to comment on the hair too…her hair is curlier at this age than Oliver’s was! Oliver’s was the exact same way — started in the back at @ 1 year old and slowly the curls worked their way to the front. I can’t wait for a full head of curls on her!! :) love & miss you*jessica
We took advantage of the beautiful day today and went to the MN Zoo! Lauren had a great time looking at all the animals- she especially liked the fish and the prairie dogs. Hello from Fargo! Lauren is getting so big and is still so very pretty! It would be fun to get all of the kids together sometime, they would have a blast. That is funny, since Gracie was about 1, her favorite thing at the zoo is the prairie dogs as well! Happy 6 year wedding anniversary to you and Josh! Take care you guys and keep in touch.
