We had a fun Easter weekend at home. It started with a family festival at church on Saturday morning where we made a flower pot, sang songs and Lauren got to hunt for Easter eggs. I know it’s been too long since the last post, but we’ve been busy! This past weekend was especially interesting- storms came through around 3 am on Saturday morning and we lost power at the house until Sunday afternoon! Lauren’s baptism was Saturday evening so we had to cook the whole meal on the grill (Read the Rest…)

It’s hard to believe Lauren will be a month old this week… it seems the days go by pretty quickly lately and she’s definitely more alert now which is fun. I had a dr. appt. yesterday and everything looks good! The baby is about 2-3 lbs. now and he/she is definately taking up more space. I’m trying to eat smaller meals since its easier to stay comfortable if I don’t stuff myself, but I’m still finding time to sneak in some treats, too :) We’re (Read the Rest…)
