We had a great time with my family last week and Lauren loved seeing her uncles Jeff and Jonny again. They each got some cuddle time with their new nephew but were most entertained by their imaginative, talkative, and spunky niece :)  We kept them busy with trips to the zoo, the MOA and the (Read the Rest…)

We spent the 4th of July in Park River, ND, and had a great day with the Halls. Well Lauren had quite the first Halloween complete with 2 different outfits. We thought her Butterfly costume might be a little much for a day at school so she went as a cowgirl wearing her cowboy hat from Uncle Jeff and her Boots from Manda. Yee Haw!

I know it’s been too long since the last post, but we’ve been busy! This past weekend was especially interesting- storms came through around 3 am on Saturday morning and we lost power at the house until Sunday afternoon!   Waiting patiently is really hard to do!  I feel like we are ready for this baby now and the belly is getting quite cumbersome- and all we can do is wait for the baby to be ready.  I keep thinking “this could be my last day of work” and the hospital bag is packed… (Read the Rest…)

What a beautiful poem from Jessica! I enjoyed reading it too:) We missed you at the lake, and Joe said — the next time you come it will be three of you (and, of course, Koda too). Now that you are ready I hope that you will be surprised with an early delivery. I’m sure that this humid weather is alittle uncomfortable for you. Stay rested and relaxed. We will be patiently waiting for a phone call:) Love you all
