Mmmm… Cookies

By: Josh | Tags: , ,

The past two weekends Lauren and I spent some time making some of my favorite cookies. Lauren is very into tasting each ingredient so it was interesting to watch her reaction as she tasted sugar, molasses, flour, etc.  Who knew a kid would like to eat plain old flour? We made my Grandma’s Ginger Snap (Read the Rest…)

Lauren made it to the MN State Fair for her third year and it wouldn’t have been complete without a picture of her in cheese on a stick cut-out! We spent almost a whole day there, longer than we anticipated, because the day was so nice and Lauren was having such a good time. Besides (Read the Rest…)

Thanks to Bumpa Hall, I had the chance to sneak out to Hazeltine on Monday morning and watch the first practice round of the PGA Championship. Lauren, I’ll bet you want to be a “princess” instead of a kitty, don’t you? Grandma will have to send you a magic wand . . . you will be a cutie no matter what you wear!
Grandpa Nick thinks you can say “Grandpa”, too . . . keep practicing and surprise him! Can’t wait to kiss those rosy little cheeks!! Love, Grandma Mary
