Less than 12 weeks to go until we meet baby #2! My check-up on Friday went well and aside from a nagging cough and sleep interruptions, I’m feeling good and happy to be in the third trimester now. If you haven’t heard by now, we’re expecting again! Baby #2 is due March 28th and so far it has been an uneventful pregnancy. I’ve been feeling good, just tired, and this past week I’ve been feeling definite kicks and movement of the baby. The ultrasound is Friday so we are looking forward to seeing (Read the Rest…)

All I can tell you today is that we’ll definitely have baby news by the weekend! I went in this morning and there is still no progress… this baby is being very stubborn. We went ahead and scheduled an induction this week; Wednesday night they will give me something to start the progression and hopefully (Read the Rest…)

So the due date came and went… and no baby! I was hoping for something to happen last night but I’m back at work today. Obviously most babies don’t come on their due dates, but I’ve had June 7th as “the day” for 9 long months so it was a little disappointing to find it was (Read the Rest…)

Still waiting! I made an appt. for next Monday and at that time we’ll decide on a plan if nothing has happened yet. They will induce me next week but I’m hoping to avoid that… hopefully the baby is ready to come by then! I’m not really that nervous for it to happen, but the (Read the Rest…)

I just thought to myself today, “Oh, my gosh. Steph’s due date is next week!” I can’t believe it’s nearly June already!
So this is probably the last profile shot you will see… this outfit is stretched to the max and not looking very attractive at this point! The baby and I are packing on the last few pounds and although I’m still moving around fairly well, I’m not sure how much bigger the belly can get! (Read the Rest…)

We had a fun weekend that included a couple of baby showers! My mom and dad were down for a few days so it was great to spend some time with them. My good friend Amy Johnson hosted a wonderful shower on Saturday and Jeff and Patty Boots threw a fun couples shower for us (Read the Rest…)

I can’t believe you’re @ 35 weeks already — oh my. This could be any day! Kinda blows the mind, doesn’t it?? It could be tomorrow — it could be over a month away. The joys of labor and delivery. :) Glad to hear you’re still feeling well. Take those naps and eat that ice cream…both are good things!!

I had a dr. appt. yesterday and everything looks good! The baby is about 2-3 lbs. now and he/she is definately taking up more space. I’m trying to eat smaller meals since its easier to stay comfortable if I don’t stuff myself, but I’m still finding time to sneak in some treats, too :) We’re (Read the Rest…)
